Ray Smith has spent nearly five decades in garment decoration — an industry he knows from the press up. His career began in the era when screen printing was learned by doing, and he never stopped doing: running tests in application labs, standing beside press operators on production floors, and walking customers through their toughest technical challenges.
Much of that journey unfolded at PolyOne Corporation, where Ray grew through a remarkable range of roles — Field Tech Services Manager, Technical Field Support, Application Lab Manager, Technical Sales and Applications, Senior Lead ADTS Specialist, and Senior Business Development Manager.
